Spa Appointment Policy

Welcome to Arctic Cryo 44. 

Our policies are in place to ensure that your experience is seamless and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review them. We look forward to the privilege of providing you with exceptional service! 

**Online Booking** To secure your appointment at Arctic Cryo 44, we require a credit card to be placed on file when booking. This ensures transparent pricing and a smooth checkout process, while also protecting against the financial impact of missed appointments or late cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 75% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. Removing your card will result in the cancellation of your appointment, and you will not be able to rebook until outstanding fees are settled and a new card is on file.  Payments outside of Cash, will be charged an additional 3% fee for Merchant Card Services.  This fee goes directly to Merchants services provider not Arctic Cryo 44.  Taxes of 6% are also added to final charges.  We accept all Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, HSA AND FSA cards.

 **Cancellation Policy** The time you book is reserved just for you. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations affect our business significantly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 75% of the scheduled service. No Call/No Shows will lose the privilege to reschedule. If your schedule is unpredictable, we recommend joining our Wait List. If a spot opens up, you’ll receive a text notification, and you can claim the appointment. 

**Minors & Children** For a peaceful and professional environment, Arctic Cryo 44 is not suitable for children. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your visit, as children are not allowed in the treatment areas. Clients who arrive with children will be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee, as this policy is strictly enforced. Some exceptions can be made as the child would have to wait in the lobby alone but that would be at the Parents discretion and we can not be responsible for watching children.

**Late Arrivals** At Arctic Cryo 44, we cannot extend service times or offer refunds for late arrivals. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be charged 75% of the scheduled service fee.  There may be another immediate appointment following yours, please be considerate.

**Sickness** For everyone’s safety, please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. If you need to cancel due to illness, please do so as soon as possible. The cancellation fee may be waived if you provide notice within the 24-hour window. However, frequent cancellations due to illness may require a doctor’s note before rescheduling. 

**Service Animals** While Arctic Cryo 44 does not allow animals on the premises, we are committed to accommodating clients with disabilities who require service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service animals must be specifically trained to assist with disabilities, such as guiding the visually impaired or alerting individuals to medical conditions. Requests to bring a service animal will be reviewed to ensure the accommodation is reasonable. Approved service animals must be well-behaved, current on vaccinations, and properly restrained at all times. The client is responsible for the animal’s behavior and for cleaning up after it. 

**Cell Phone Usage** To maintain a serene and focused atmosphere, we ask that you silence and store your mobile devices while in the treatment areas of Arctic Cryo 44. 

**Services** at Arctic Cryo 44 : We conduct comprehensive consultations to ensure you receive the best possible results. Because of this, all service sales and deposits are final.

**Right to Refuse Service** Our licensed professionals at Arctic Cryo 44 reserve the right to refuse service or dismiss clients who are disruptive or abusive. 

**Duty to Inform** It is crucial that you provide full disclosure during pre-service consultations.  Arctic Cryo 44 will not be held responsible for adverse reactions if contraindicating conditions were not disclosed.  If your professional determines that you are not eligible for a service due to a medical condition, we will refer you to your primary care physician. Once cleared, you are welcome to reschedule your slot. 

**We are Licensed Master Cosmetologists and Estheticians and we provide services within the scope of our license in the state of Michigan and Georgia.
